Fossil Stone listened to the suggestions made and added words to the puzzle as they were called out. Believing in giving credit where credit was due he tried to match the coloration of the word to it's owner. He added Spike's suggestion of shattered up there while listening to Trixie's analysis of the spellwork. "I will admit that illusion isn't my best area of study Trixie, but if you feel confident in then I'll follow your lead when it comes time for breaking the spell. We should figure out the details of the spellwork involved though, we wouldn't want to trigger a trap."
The Unicorn threw up Rainbow Dash's suggestion in his projection, but the letters vanished quickly. "Heart doesn't fit in the space provided Rainbow Dash, but good thinking. A wrong idea might still leads to the right path. While Daring Do might come across something like this in her travels, keep in mind she's often outside of Equestria's borders. Having to switch back and forth between two languages while she translates and contemplates the puzzle would bog things down. It's more likely that I'd have her come across a language based password."
He could have continued on, but Thunderlane's warning put a quick stop to things. The Unicorn went to put up a shield to protect those that were around him, but the beam of light was too fast. Thankfully it didn't seem harmful and was directed at the book instead of anyone in particular. When the magical effects settled down he checked on the book to see if anything had changed on the page they had been examining. Fossil pondered on the puzzle once more when a blue Pegasus read the revealed page out loud for everyone to listen to.

~With a cry of grief, the crystal shattered, pieces of it spiraling across the land. Each piece carried ________s________e_ within it, and the hopes and dreams of The Unicorn. On that hilltop, among the flowers, the only companion The Unicorn found was loneliness.~
