The town center, dominated by the circular-shaped town hall in the center of the square. All major events in Ponyville seem to happen here, so if you want to get noticed this is the best place to be.

The major shopping areas of Ponyville, filled with shops for all your needs and wants as well as open areas for stands and carts.

A small one-room schoolhouse for all the fillies and colts, the schoolhouse is run by Miss Cheerilee. It also serves as the headquarters for the Foal Free Press.

The family farm of the Apple family, it is one of the major suppliers of apples in all of Equestria. It also serves as a farm, having other crops as well as some animals. A lot of the local events tend to be held here due to the large open areas on the property.

A mysterious forest located on the outskirts of Ponyville, the rules of life are very different here. Weather runs on it's own, without the assistance of weather ponies, and plants and animals are on their own. It's advised to not wander around in here.

The town square, administrative area, and city park made out of clouds. Serves as the central gathering place for Cloudsdale where major events and festivals are held.

A giant amphitheater made out of clouds, major sporting competitions are held here. One of the biggest events is the Best Young Flyers Competition.

Being built into a mountainside, there are few common areas for ponies to meet and socialize due to the need to conserve space. This is the largest of them, and home to many of of the most elite and prestigious shops and restaurants in Canterlot.

As a city of high class, Canterlot is filled with various theaters, opera houses, museums and art galleries, as well as race tracks and stadiums for sports competitions.

Appleloosa is one of the up and coming new areas for apple growing. These apples are known being absolutely delicious in pie form.

A giant square in front of the palace where special events, such as the Crystal Fair, are held. Small shops, houses, and restaurants are on the edges.

The shining center of the city, the Crystal Palace is a magnificent series of towers and spires in a brilliant white and blue crystal scheme.

A gigantic library that surpasses even the greatest libraries of Canterlot. Having been in stasis for over one thousand years, it is home to some of the rarest and oldest books in all of Equestria. Not much in the way of modern reading though.

Not all parts of Equestria are inhabited by ponies. From the plains and forests to the deserts and gorges, this is the great outdoors of Equestria.
