Azure soaked in the sunlight with delight. He had spent most of his recent hours either in a train car or in the moonlight. He had no complaints about the moonlight, but perhaps being cooped up in the train car for so long made him want to get outside regardless of the weather. This weekend seemed to have been packed to the brim with fun filled enjoyment. Azure wouldn't complain, the past week had been completely eventless and lonesome. As if in response to his eventless week, Friday on their date they gave him an event to remember. A grand chandelier within a restaurant they attended had been snapped loose. The chain could no longer support its weight and because of the almighty gravity, the chandelier fell. Azure had attempted to slow it down, but upon seeing Swift, he stood above her, standing in defiance to the large scaled chandelier. Azure wasn't about to let so many along with Swift become crushed, using his shield to help block and lift the chandelier safely away from them.
Luckily however, no more dangerous events have taken place save for a pretty strong sandstorm. Swift and Azure declared their undying love for one another, presenting each other with the other's feather. This step only happens upon the pegasus learning they are about to die, therefore presenting feathers to friends and family of which they cherish whole-heartedly. The other, is when they feel as if they've found their soulmate. Feathers don't grow back, so for a pegasus to give out a feather is indeed a very special moment in time.
Friday night had become rather strange in the most fun filled way possible. Street performers had locked Azure and Swift within their magical performance, changing a few features about them. Mainly just their clothes, Azure's armor had gained feather-like metal pieces on the sides of his helmet, pointed yet sleek edges among the ends of his shoulder-plates, and a silver necklace safely containing Swift's feather placed around his neck. Oh, and a cape....thaaaat would probably be saved for very specific points in time. Swift had gained a long white with gold trimmed dress along with a feather plated circlet. All in all, it was rather surreal as the street performers had teleported the two onto a train in a private room where private things happened. What?....no, no stop it! I will not describe the events of the night in the traincar, it's not my place to do so! Well don't complain to me about it, go elsewhere shoo! The audience sees the title Painting a Life and I'm sure that's what they want to hear about. Now let me wrap this up. (By the way, you guys have been simply splendid~)
Now where was I....oh yes! So here it is, a beautiful Saturday afternoon as Swift and Azure had already taken flight to their home which was just upon the horizon. The next two days were expected to be fun and very colorful. PAINT! Silly ponies, what else would it be!? Azure and Swift had decided with the amount of bits that had been saved up on the side, they wanted to paint their house! Before doing so however, they had to get an idea for colors that they wanted, which meant going back home and critique the rooms within the house. Some colors might be ok, just requiring a fresh coat of paint, another might need to be completely re-colored, However, should things become a bit frisky, a room with nothing important in it or anything at all if it can be helped, would thus become a room of war with paint. Hooves crossed!
Azure lands at the front doorstep, pulling out a key to open the door. He can't help but to look back at Swift and smile. Always having lived the life of a guard, he never thought about anything else. Living with Swift however, he's suddenly gotten the urge to do more than bare his armor, like paint. He's never painted before, so hopefully there's instructions on how to properly do so. However, a quick thought races through his mind as they walk in. Do you know of a store that sells paint here?
