Swift smiled as she shivered slightly, Azure seeming to have worked out where her sensitive spots were. "I'm okay with that idea".
She pushed Azure onto his back and Lay down next to him, running her hoof through the fur on his barrel as she leaned her head on his shoulder. "I could stay like this for a while". She grinned before playfully biting Azure's ear. "That's payback for earlier".
She nuzzled in a little closer to Azure. "I like it when we're like this".
Azure turns over slightly, enough to wrap Swift up in a wing hug as they lay there cuddling. He softly bit Swift's ears from time to time but didn't keep it going for long. He had considerably calmed down since embracing the cuddle and now faced the possibility of passing out for a catnap with Swift. That's of course assuming she stays with him and possibly joins him. I like it as well....this painting business is gonna take some time isn't it? Azure let's out a small giggle as he realizes this was indeed going to be a project and not something they breezed through.
However, Azure was indeed fighting urges. He felt highly conflicted as he lay there, time to time biting Swift's ears since his head rested higher up than the rest of her head. There was painting to be done, a royal nap to be taken, and lot's of play within him that needed to be dealt with. Sould I nap play then paint?....Play nap paint....paint play nap...gah, so many great decisions! Swift felt warm up against him. Winter was around the corner for sure as he nuzzled the top of Swift's mane playfully, knowing all too well what that would mean.
I'm glad you're enjoying this Swift...you know...with Winter around the corner, I dunno if I'ma be able to keep you from cuddling with me so much~. Azure lets out a soft smile as his tail runs up from Swift's flank to her side. Don't think I'm arguing about it though. I don't think I ever could~
Swift frowned as she considered what to do. She was happy to stay where they were but they needed to get on with the painting as well. It was tempting to not bother with any more painting but she knew there would probably be more time for fun later.
She smiled as she once again kissed Azure on the cheek before smiling. "I guess we should do some more painting". She got up and hopped off the bed before dragging Azure off the bed. "Paint now, fun later".
Azure had almost nearly nodded off before feeling a kiss pressed against his cheek. The moment he opened his eyes however, there wasn't a bed underneath him. WhoOA! Azure instinctively braced himself as he hit the ground, his hooves slamming onto the ground. Azure laughed whole heartedly as he tried to decide whether or not he was going against his will. NoooooooooOOOhahahahahha! Swiiiiiiiift noooooooO! The bed...so comfortable! Bed, saaaaaaaaaaaavvveeeeee meeeeeeeeeehahahahaha! He wouldn't fight back, instead he gave a comedic clawing of the ground as he 'tried' to get away from Swift.
Eventually giving up, he placed one hoof up against the side of his face in a 'Well this is just perfect' manner all in good fun and started thinking. It would probably be best if we painted the dining room next. Tomorrow we can knock out the rest since we'll have all day to get the living room and touch ups on the bedroom done. That'll leave us with the office if we decide to paint it or make it a victim of war. I set the paint cans down in the living room.....I believe we were painting the dining room a yellow color.
Are you enjoying yourself? Azure looked back towards Swift with a smile as she continued to drag him. I never knew you were quite this strong. You're just full of surprises aren't you? Swift had dragged him into the living room before finally letting go. Not quite giving up, Azure springs quickly to his hooves and tackles Swift over the table onto the couch with a smirk. Quickly, he leans down planting a firm kiss on Swift's lips before jumping off of her, walking back around the table to the paint cans beside the fire place. What? I didn't do anything, quit fooling around and come help me out~. Azure added a mischievous grin to his face as he turned with the paint and tape in hoof, walking towards the dining room.
Swift smiled as she walked over and wing-hugged him. "I guess there must be somepony else in here who keeps on doing things like that". She glanced around before picking up the paint brush and dipping into into the paint. "I was giving serious consideration to waiting until we're done painting for the day and ravishing whoever did that eighteen ways to Canterlot".
She tutted as she looked over at Azure, preparing to paint the wall. "Such a shame".
Azure had quit breathing at that point. That had definitely caught his attention as his brain tried to function itself to come up with something clever or smart to say. Actors and scripts make this seem a helluva lot easier than it is. Resuming his breathing, he began to paint the wall a new color, the warm yellow paint that they picked out together. He'd originally thought that they'd spend a good small fortune painting the walls looking for colors that would make them both entirely pleased. However, that didn't seem to be the case. The paint so far had pleased Azure greatly. It seemed family friendly, and certainly felt welcoming.
As he painted he glanced a look over at Swift, grinning mischievously as he hovers on over above her. Reaching down he playfully bites Swift's ear, giving a nice tug before whispering into her ear. You were huh? I always wondered what a ravishing like such would feel like from a beauty such as yourself. I believe I'll take the blame for this crime.~ If that's ok with you, I'd hate for such a thought of yours to go to waste.~ They had painted the wall with rather ease, however they needed to split up to cover more ground.
Azure leaned down a bit further before they went their separate ways, kissing down to the base of her neck before giving an affectionate yet teasing nuzzle. Flying off to the right to continue painting along the wall, he looked back at Swift with an aroused look in his eye, grinning without a care in the world for anything outside of the house. He had been told plenty of times growing up to take a break, now that he is, he was certainly contemplating taking more breaks.
Swift giggled a little as she noted the effect she seemed to be having on Azure. The thought had occurred to her that if they didn't focus it could take years to complete the painting. They were both a little too frisky to be able to concentrate too much on the job.
She looked over at Azure as he painted, wondering for a moment how she had gotten lucky enough to find him. She still occasionally had difficulty believing how good her life had become, a little nagging voice in the back of her mind warning her that it could very easily go badly. Her old fears about being hurt by others (emotionally and physically) if she became too attached to them was something she admitted was silly but the fears still resurfaced, normally at inopportune times.
She sighed as she painted, shaking her head to break out of the semi-funk she was falling into. Making sure not to land plot-first on any paint she landed and grinned as she dipped her paintbrush into the pot. Between the pair of them they were making good progress and she suspected that they would have at least most of the walls painted before they finished for the night (and ravishing).
Swift started whistling a tune she had heard somewhere as she painted before frowning as she realized she was probably making more noise than she had planned. "Sorry, I can't get that tune out of my head".
Azure had been dancing to Swift's tune, shaking his flank and bobbing his head as best as he could while flying. It was by no means anything professional, and by every means goofy looking. That's what Azure was going for to cheer the subtly upset Swift up as he flew by in front of her dancing absolutely as absurdly hilarious as possible. He wasn't going to ask what was bothering her, but he'd keep an eye on her just in case. He flew back over to his wall before she had quit whistling, looking back afterwards.
Awwwwww Swiiiiift! Azure loved to pretend at pouting. I was dancing to your whistle~. I didn't mind it one bit~. His wall had bee about 1/4th of the way completed, with the rest of Swift's and one more to go. The sun was beginning to set as well, so there was time to complete this wall for sure. But as they painted, his stomach had begun to roar to life. He hadn't realized how much time had passed since they had gotten home. Talk about time flying when you're having fun.
Azure took a moment to turn around and get the fire place lit. The house was beginning to cool down and it'd be a shame for them to......then again, getting cold would just mean having to cuddle. That by no means would be shameful. Azure lit the fire anyways, something about fires that made him feel comfortable.Pretty quickly he became lost while looking into the flame, unaware of anything else around him and probably would be easily scared or sneaked up on.
Swift looked over at Azure as he stared at the fire, then put her brush on top of one of the pot before walking over to him.
She smiled as she warmed her hooves, then looked at Azure again. He was obviously deep in thought and she let herself get a bit warmer before turning around and hugging Azure. "Are you okay". She kissed Azure on the cheek and grinned. "I guess we're getting late".
Azure leans into the kiss before turning towards her. Yea I'm ok, just got lost looking at the fire is all. Heh, it can get pretty dazzling at times. Azure laid his brush down on the paint can as well before looking back towards Swift. I'ma go make us some salads for dinner real quick, probably add a couple of breadsticks in as well. I'm starved! Azure returns the kiss before heading off into the kitchen. By no means was he a chef of any measure, but he knew how to make salads with breadsticks. Who didn't?
With the breadsticks warmed and buttered up, Azure places them in a napkin wrapped securely. He takes the bottle of red wine that remained half finished from their last shared drink and poured two glasses for the both of them. I'm so used to eating MRE's that I almost forgot how to fend for myself living everyday life. Heheh, such a featherbrain. Upon walking to the living room he rolls out a blanket, setting both the glasses and breadsticks down gently. Alrighty, gotta go get the salads now, you know, would hate to leave the main filler behind. Smiling sheepishly to Swift, he retreats back into the kitchen to finish adding some bits of carrots, tomatoes, onions, and sliced cheese. I hope this is ok...normally I'm just fine with some lettuce and dressing.
Finding the silverware and dressing, he walks back out to Swift, the remainder of dinner in tow. Setting it down he takes a seat beside Swift. Emptying his hooves he refills them with the fur and mass of his marefirend's body, pulling her down playfully into a rolling heap of giggles, careful to roll backwards to not ruin their dinner. Hi there. Azure says through blush, Swift sitting on top of him after he allowed her to pin him. It is getting quite late if I were a daywalker~
Swift looked down at Azure before kissing him. "I guess it is". She kissed Azure again. "So, what should I do now". Smiling slightly, Swift started kissing her way down his neck, trying to keep away from those places on his body which sent him wild.
She grinned as she started kissing his chest, noting that chances were that it was a good thing that the sandwiches couldn't cool off. "What was it I was saying about ravishing someone?".
Azure's eyes shut as she leaves a trail of kisses down his neck and chest, slightly shifting and arching his back in pleasure. Dinner was quickly becoming a thing in the past as he felt himself commit his full attention to Swift. However, he had to begin racking his mind with answers to give to Swift. After all he wouldn't want to disappoint her, it would be a most certain shame to bare. I'm so glad I'll never have to meet Swift in combat, I fear I would lose to a barrage of kissing and ravishing that my shield would stand no chance of protecting me from.
Well...to answer your question... Azure brought Swift's head back up to meet his face, placing a kiss on her lips as a hoof runs down her spinal cord lightly. You have made mention of ravishing me 18 ways to Canterlot. With another kiss, he wraps his wings up and around Swift, bringing her down softly onto his body. He takes the same said hoof from earlier, bringing it back up to brush her mane aside from her face, smiling up at her adoringly.
On a side note....how did I end up so lucky in finding you~? Azure took every detail of Swift's face and memorized it to the fullest extent. The color of her fur and every which way it laid upon her, her mane's shine from the glow of the fireplace, her shimmering sky blue eyes and how it always seemed to make him feel as if he were flying if he looked into them. Her ears....oh yea, her ears. Azure reached up and gave them a playful tug by biting them, releasing it and looking back up to her in full blush. Back on topic..I believe the next move is yours Swifty~.
Swift grinned as she realized that she probably shouldn't have used the word 'ravish' so much but she could make stuff up as she went along. "I guess it is". She went back to kissing his throat and further down his body, smiling at his reaction. She was starting to think that she had an idea where to kiss or blow on to make him at least squirm.
She grinned as she noted that she really needed to not go too low down Azure's body in case things got a little too hot and heavy. "I think I really should stop right here since, well, you know". She moved further up so that she was kissing him again. "I like to think that I was lucky to find you".
And squirm he did. Oh how he loved being caressed or touched by Swift. It never failed sending jolts of pleasurable electricity through his body. After their lips parted once more Azure looked at the dinner. I believe dinner should be tended to. You know, I'm pretty good at making messes, this is just making it too easy for me. Azure giggles as he bops Swift's nose before sitting up, bringing Swift up with him.
Azure sips on his wine then begins to eat his dinner. He was famished, and from the looks of things, he was going to need a lot of energy tonight. So, got anything panned for the upcoming week Swift? Azure hadn't got to talk to Swift about much of anything except for the past two nights. Having to work the day shift for a solid week through him out of whack but now with him back on schedule, everything should go back to normal. He munches on a breadstick in the meantime, enjoying its buttery warmth.
Swift smiled as she took a breadstick and nibbled at it. "I'm going to be working days for the week but one of the guys at work asked me if I would foal-sit for him and his wife one night since it's their anniversary". She smiled. "I said I would help them since they had me over for dinner the night I started working there. They were a lot of help when I got started".
She blushed as she glanced down at her hooves. "He was the first person there who I told about my less than glorious past and he didn't care. The fact that I seem to be their go to foal-sitter now is nice. Their foals are no trouble so it isn't a massive problem". She finished off the breadstick before starting on the salad. "That's good eatin'".
