Fluttershy typically kept a fairly good account of what critters were active around her house. More than a few times, a critter had gotten so very close but just could not make it the few extra steps into her home. For those times, she had to stay aware of what was going on in the area. A proper stewardess did not leave any stone unturned… Unless someone was napping under that stone. Then it was best left where it was.
Even still, she almost missed the curious visitor and would have if not for the irregular bopping it made. While she expected some type of hummingbird or bee, a closer look revealed it to be a breezy. A rare, but adorable species that only lucky ponies ever got to meet.
But what was a breezy doing here? So far as she had ever known, breezies traveled in groups, keeping a steady precision along a route and back to their homeland. For one to be venturing around on his own was not a very good sign at all.
”Um, hello, Mr. Breezy, but I can’t help but notice that you are an awful long way from home,” she said with a polite smile, her empathetic communication kicking in to ease to gap between the way that breezies and Equestrians spoke. ”So I was wondering if maybe you needed some assistance?”
