#Age Group ; Young Adult
#Gender ; Male
#Species; Unicorn
#Cutie Mark ; Wildcard has a very unique cutie mark. It contains four symbols in a diamond shape. On the top corner, is a black spade, the right is a red heart, the left is a red diamond, and a black club/clover. It represents the four main card suits.
#Occupation ; Wildcard was once a gambler, somewhat street hustler, and somewhat thief in many places, but mainly Canterlot. After a talking to from Princess Celestia, he went to Ponyville to try and open up a very unique shop. He wants to sell items like our world version of a magic shop. Because he knows Earth Ponies can't really do magic, he got some simple items to sell. He also sells gags and cards.
#Powers and Abilities ; He once was in Celestia's School of Magic. He was gifted, but he dropped out due to not caring, laziness, and wanting to do other things. He is great at magic, but he does his own special magic that he somewhat perfected and created. His magic talent has to do mainly with card tricks, gambling, being a little bit luckier than most, thievery, and hustling. He is however, trying to develop a magic trick that allows him to be slightly more attractive, charming, and somewhat more persuasive than most. Though he isn't that good at it yet.
#Physique ; He is built a bit different from most stallion unicorns. He is a bit more fit, not in the pegasus or Earth Pony way, but he does have slim, and fit look about him.
#Mane and fur color and style ; He has more of a yellow brown coat color. His mane is shaggy, not as kept, medium length on his head and down his neck. His tail however is slightly shorter than most, but a bit better kept. His main is more of a dirty blonde color as well.
#Eye color ; Blue
#Other appearance details (optional) ; Wildcard has a couple of unique accessories that he likes to wear. First is his black fedora style hat that he just adores. Next is a black spade ear stud that keeps in his left ear only. Lastly he wears a one strap single pocket saddle bag strapped to him.
#A more thorough description (optional) ;
Wildcard seems to have unique facial features about him. Besides everything else about him, he has that kind of face of someponies that people don't know what to think about him. A lot of ponies, don't always have any idea of what he is about or what he is completely up to. In general he seems to have just a very good poker face.
#Personality ;
Wildcard is a very unique but rather strange unicorn. He was raised in Canterlot, but he completely based and changed himself to be the opposite of what was expected to be. His parents were high classed and raised him to exceed far beyond them, maybe even become royalty. Wildcard however got rather bored and kinda even overwhelmed by the thoughts, ideas, and even pressure of his parents and even some of his family. He did attend Celestia's School, got far, then left to presume his own dreams and ideas. Because of this distaste of high class and such, he rather be somewhat lazy, arrogant at times, and much more. He even talks like a southerner just to prove how much he kinda is against high class.
Now, Wildcard does use a ton of slang, slur, and such in his speech, kinda like a different version of Applejack. He says dis, dose, dem, and dat, instead of this, them, those, and that. He seems to have a heavy accent, despite his rather fancy and rich background. He also seems to sometimes speed talk, but mainly when he is trying to do a fun magic trick, or street hustle. Speaking of street hustling, he gained this bad habit from a small group of mares and stallions. It is more of a bad influence kinda thing. He did it more because of the thrill of not getting caught or losing someone in a chase if caught. So really it was more of just a thrill of getting away with something bad more than anything.
Wildcard however, always tried to not take things to far, or be hurtful about the whole ordeal. He sometimes can also be snarky, rude, arrogant, towards some people that he finds annoying, or other reasons, but around the mares, he is all about showing off, being polite, or whatever he can do to impress them. Wildcard is a strong ladies man, but has some fear of getting into a real relationship, it not working out, then his heart getting broken. But that doesn't stop him from being a flirt. Wildcard also seems to be a bit of a back talker but general, he isn't bad. He is more of a tricky , with somewhat good intentions, and may just need better future influences.
#History ;
Wildcard was named after his great grandfather who made one of biggest and greatest card factories in all of Equestria. He set his family wealth all the way down to Wildcard's generation. Both of his parents were high classed unicorns in Canterlot that hoped that their first son would achieve greatness and maybe surpass royalty some day. They actually wanted it a lot more than they realized, and pushed it down their young stallion as he started to grow. Wildcard however, didn't really like the fancy stuff or life that his parents pushed on him. He just wanted to have fun and do less of what they wanted. He never really liked the high classed life at all and longed for something simpler. For a long time he was pushed into learning and practicing magic. He did enjoy some of what he learned, but was annoyed because that was all he did other than normal high class learning.
It wasn't until his first small family and friends gathering that he gained his cutie mark. It was supposed to just be friendly semi serious game of poker, which the adults humored him in actually letting him play, but it turned out that he actually was seemingly better than mostly all of other adults that he just owned, thus gaining his cutie mark, and learning his talent in the game, card, gambling, and hustling area. His parents saw it as a sign of him maybe being a prodigy, which lead him into joining Celestia's school. That is when he really got annoyed to it becoming a problem. His parents forced what he kinda like, but didn't ask or think that he might wanted something else instead. Now even after they discovered what he was good at, they resented it, thought that it was just a sign of being better and pushed him more, him just wanting to make them proud.
Wildcard didn't like the school at all really. He had great potential, great skill, and even showed good grades. The only problem was, it wasn't what he wanted. He practiced lower class skills and such, let his grades drop, then left the school on his own, not even bothering to tell his parents. He soon found a group of arrogant ponies that talked him into wanting to steal, and trick people out of bits and sometimes possessions. He hastily agreed, and ended up actually enjoying himself. Soon he started to do it daily, until it became a actual problem for Celestia to look into, sending a guard that was also a part time teacher at Celestia's School.
When he went to investigate, he remembered Wildcard as one of his students, recognizing him as a little off and troubled than the rest of his class. Instead of completely punishing Wildcard, he talked to him to him to figure out his problem. After their chat, he decided that maybe going to Ponyville. It took some thought, but Wildcard ended up agreeing and is barely traveling to Ponyville to try and start new...

It has only been a couple of hours since coming to Ponyville, upon Princess Celestia's request. Wildcard was still very indifferent about completely leaving his territory and overall playing field. It was like playing a new card game without knowing the rules, or even the name of the game, and just picking it up as you go along. Wildcard was somewhat nervous because he wasn't in the exact same playing field as everyone. He only knew what he heard about this multiple pony raced town. Wildcard, breathed in deeply, and huffed out a slow sigh.
A' least it is a bit betta dan whateva Celestia's true punishment t'was. Wildcard said trying to keep a level head, and his overall head in the game. The young stallion trotted into the twin, keeping his head up high, trying to not pay much attention to everyone else around him. He had a wooden cart behind him carrying his personal possessions and what he needed to survive for a bit. Quilt following the map that he floated in front of him, coating it in a more orange magical aura so he could walk, and read were he needed to go to start his small business.
It seemed like fun and good idea, selling slide of hand tricked already set up magic items for Earth Ponies and pegasi who weren't really gifted in true magic. As he trotted he then got knocked back a little, his fedora hat going crooked, and dropped his map as he bumped into somepony. He straightened his hat and looked at whoever he bumped into, keeping his rather mysterious facial expressions as he looked at the pony.
"A' bit sorreh der.Kinda new 'round dese parts." Wildcard said with a sly smile, his southern but not completely hill billy accent showing, while he tried to keep calm.
