#Personality ;
Fox is is more comfortable around books than other ponies. She secretly craves the opportunity to go find some adventure of her own (her mother claims she reads too much Daring-do for her own good) but suspects that the closest she is going to get to adventure is finding something undiscovered in one of the old books in her collection. She has a voracious appetite for new knowledge, adventure (and, if she admits it, pastries).
#History ;
Fox has been the dark horse of her family since she was a foal. While her brothers and sisters were off running around and generally making nuisances of themselves Fox would be sitting under a tree, happily reading something.
When she was a young foal Fox was dragged along on a nature hike with her siblings which (as such hikes tended to) developed into her older brothers trying to prove which of them was the bravest. This culminated in her younger brother falling into a deep hole in the ground.
While the rest of her brothers and sisters panicked Fox remembered something she had seen in a book and ran off. Ignoring the calls that 'Scaredy Fox' had ran away because she was a chicken Fox ran to a cave entrance and walked inside.
Ignoring the cold and the darkness Fox followed the map she had seen and looked for her brother. She found him lying with a broken leg. After shouting at her brothers to go for help Fox sat and told her brother stories until proper assistance arrived.
When her brother was rescued, Fox's mother wiped some of the mud and dirt off her side and smiled. “You've fot your cutie mark, and it's so right for you”. Fox laughed as she saw the open book on her flank. “I think you're right”.
Fox spends her days poring over the enviable selection of reference books in her house, hoping to find something which will send her off on a adventure.The Roleplayer's Corner

“Misty, stop running around in here”. Fox understood that sometimes she needed to baby-sit her little sister but she was more than a little chaotic. Like the rest of ever increasing number of siblings Misty was hyper-active and was running around her front room/library.
“Why have you got all these books anyway?, books are boring. You should be outside, doing something..”. Misry's diatribe was stopped by a lound thud as she smacked into Fox's 'unfiled' bookshelves. “Ow”.
Fox looked over, frowning as she saw several books about to topple onto the young mare. Misty yelped as the books fell towards her, then grinned as Fox caught them telekinetically and put them back on the shelf. Fox trotted over to her sister and smiled. “Come on and I'll read you some Daring-Do, you'll like that”. Misty grinned as she trotted over to Fox's chair. “At least that way you won't cause any more accidents”.
